Acceptance of the Terms of Use

It is important that you read all the terms and conditions carefully.

The following specifies the terms and conditions under which you may use Networkvision.inc service, or product. By using, visiting or browsing Networkvision.tv website or services or products, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should not use Networkvision.tv website or (app) may revise these terms at any time by updating the Terms of Use on our site. Continued use of the site after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revisions to the agreement. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms.

Networkvision.inc Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental permission to use the site and its services.

You agree that you are the credit card holder for your account, or have express permission of the cardholder to use their card as a payment method.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date essential personal information, and agree to maintain said information on your “My Account” page.

The Networkvision.tv service is available internationally; however, the library of available content will vary by region based on distribution rights on a per-title basis.

Content from Networkvision.tv may be used and played for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to modify, reproduce, retransmit, transfer, distribute, sell, broadcast, make available to third parties or circulate the content to anyone or to exploit any such content for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of Networkvision.tv Any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools is prohibited.

Subscriptions/ Policy Refund

Networkvision.inc Unlimited Subscription members agree to pay a recurring monthly fee by credit card, permitting us to charge membership dues and any applicable tax, until the account is cancelled online not by phone. Membership dues, including promotional pricing and limited time offers, are subject to change at a pre-specified time, or at Networkvision.inc discretion.

Promotional Free Trials, Corporate Gifts and Limited Time Offers

In the case of a promotional free trial (via an affiliate, corporate gift card, or promo code) your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will be charged on the day after your trial expires. You must cancel before the end of your free trial if you do not wish to be billed. The day your account is activated is considered day one of your free trial.

  1. No Refunds.PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members (“credits”). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.
  2. If for some reason the client receives double payment on the same account number, Networkvision.inc will only reimburse one month with the value of the one month subscription. The client should send an email letting us know the situation. We do not handle these particular satiations over the phone only via email. Also every time the payment is processed, we send an email confirmation with the amount paid. It’s the client’s responsibility to check the conformation email we send. NetworkVision is not responsible for any problems related to your internet service or any other problems with the internet. If for any reason the client has a problem with the internet, and cannot access the web page, or utilize your mobile device, such as tablets, cell phone or iptv box VIA WiFi, the subscription of the month is not reimbursed. It is the client’s responsibility to contact the company that provides the internet.
  • inc is not responsible for any loss of data in your mobile device, tablet, or hotspot. The client must assure to have unlimited data with the company that provides the data. If for any reason the client has loss of data, and wants a reimbursement, it is not reimbursed.
  1. We are not responsible for any damage cause by downloaded products in any of your devices. The client must contact the provider of the device to fix the problem.

NetworkVision provides information on how to use our product, and can be found in our web page. If by any chance the client does not know how to use the product, we do not reimburse any payments because of this issue. The client can reference our web page for information on how to use our product.

NetworkVision.inc is not responsible for identity theft involving the credit cards. If by any reason the client uses a card with stolen information, we follow several security steps to insure that the card holder is the owner of the card being used. NetworkVision does not maintain or access information of the credit card. We utilize institutes of second and third parties. We follow all security procedures, and any issues involving credit card theft will not be reimbursed.
